Chef Karina Rivera has over 10 years of experience in notable hotels and bakeries, as well as being a finalist in Food Network’s Spring Baking Championship. Known to many as the macaron queen, Karina will be demonstrating a Coffee, Hazelnut & Chocolate Petit Gateau featuring Cacao Barry’s single origine Mexique Dark Chocolate Couverture and Prova Gourmet’s Fusion Coffee Cocoa Butter.
The gateau will consist of a coffee mousse, hazelnut cream, chocolate and hazelnut sponge, Mexique chocolate and coffee macaron, and a coffee flavored velvet spray.
