Preparation: Chocolate Chip Pancakes
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl with a whisk.
- In another bowl, combine wet ingredients with a whisk.
- Mix dry mixture into wet ingredients
- Griddle over 325F, sprinkling Barry Callebaut 10M chips over batter once in the pan.
- Flip and continue to cook until golden brown.
- Transfer to a plate and drizzle with your favorite chocolate sauce and top with more chocolate chips.
