Hello. Would you please advise if I can use mycryo after its shelf life passed? I have a bottle of mycryo expired back in March 2024. But I guess it’s still ok. It stays at room temperature all the time. So, is it safe to still use it in tempering chocolates? Thank you!

Hi, Rugiyya. We can't guarantee that your Mycryo is alright to use. Storage plays a big part in keeping products like cocoa butter and chocolate fresh and in good condition. If the mycryo has not been stored somewhere where the temperature and humidity are controlled, it may not work for tempering your chocolate. Moreover, fats can spoil, making them unsafe for consumption. We would not recommend using your Mycryo.
