Priprema: Chocolate Lava Cake
- Melt the butter and the chocolate at 40°C.
- Mix the eggs with the sugar and add to the melted chocolate mixture.
- Add the cream.
- Sieve the flour and incorporate it into the batter.

Priprema: Assembly
- In a ring of 8 cm diameter and 6cm height, pipe 50g of the Lava Cake batter.
- Add the 20g of the Callebaut | Cremas.
- Cover with the 30g of Lava Cake batter.
- Bake at 200°C for 8 to 9 minutes.
- For a better result freeze the Cremas and put it into the chocolate fondant frozen and bake it.
- For the finishing, you can put a disque of Chocolate on top to remind the insert.
