Chef Paul Occhipinti is a renowned pastry chef with a deep passion for French patisserie. From the age of 16, he had the privilege of training under Meilleurs Ouvriers de France chocolatiers, honing his skills and expertise. He served as Production Manager for six years at the prestigious Palace Hôtel du Cap Eden Roc in Antibes. Throughout his career, he has won the Charles Proust Tasting Grand Prix and was named Vice World Pastry Champion. His exceptional talent was recognized when he earned the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier. Today, he works as an international consultant and Artistic Director, sharing his expertise and love for pastry across the globe.
