Join world famous chocolatier, Chef Christophe Morel for a Masterclass. With Christophe you will create highest level chocolate bonbons with a variety of tastes and textures that entertain the eyes as much as the palette.
He will elucidate everything you have ever wanted to know about classic sweet confectioneries (nougats, caramels, marshmallows and fruit jellies).

With over 33 years of experience in chocolate, Christophe Morel is an internationally acknowledged chocolate artisan and chocolate sculptor.

Christophe has won many prestigious awards including the Canadian National Chocolate Awards in 2003, The Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie and took part in the World Chocolate Masters in 2005 and 2007.
 
This course also includes an initiation to chocolate modeling.
