We are thrilled to welcome Kirsten Tibballs back to the UK & Ireland Chocolate Academy.

Kirsten Tibballs is one of Australia’s most celebrated and internationally acclaimed pastry chefs and chocolatiers, there’s no doubt she knows her stuff. But it’s sharing what she knows that really drives her. She’s passionate about all things chocolate & patisserie, and founded Savour School to share that passion.

As an ambassador for Callebaut, she regularly travels throughout Europe and the Asia Pacific demonstrating her craft and sharing her passion for chocolate.

Kirsten represented Australia at the World Pastry Championships in Las Vegas, where she was recognised as the best in the world for her handmade chocolates, as well as winning gold in the Pastry Olympics in Germany. She has also been a judge at the World Chocolate Masters in Paris, The Patisserie Grand Prix in Japan and The World Chocolate Masters National selections in London.

When she’s not writing sell-out cookbooks, filming episodes of The Chocolate Queen TV show or MasterChef, Kirsten loves spending time with her family and escaping to the beautiful Yarra Valley whenever she gets the chance.

Agenda del corso

On this two day course, Kirsten will cover both confectionary and patisserie and share her knowledge and expertise on how to create beautiful chocolate creations in her own unique style.

This course will be a combination of demonstration and hands on so you so you will get the opportunity to work alongside Kirsten to create her award winning recipes.
