Level 3.0 - Chocolate Master Class

The Chocolate Master Class is designed for professionals with good knowledge about chocolate who have completed the Chocolate Academy Level 1 & Level 2 course and are ready to take their chocolate skills to the next level. 

The three-day program focuses on a wide variety of applications which are based on new trends and recipes which require advanced technical expertise. 

The class will cover skills such as detailed cocoa butter spraying techniques, multilayer enrobed ganaches, filled tablets and chocolate panning.

  The course will focus on trending recipes crafted based on consumer preferences. 

Few applications will be highly relevant for indulgent gifting creations with Chocolate.
