After an internship in Siegburg in 2005, the trained chef started his career as a pâtissier. Since then he has worked as a chef pâtissier in countless restaurants and hotels and has been able to demonstrate his talent in many competitions, among other things.
Most recently, he rose to the challenge and represented Germany in the preliminary round of the World Chocolate Masters for Central Europe.
