Pastry master, winner and laureate of many prestigious competitions in Poland and abroad. She trained with the best in Poland and Europe. Acted as a trainer many times, preparing individuals and teams for international confectionery and pastry competitions, thus being the "mother of their successes". She conducts training for pastry chefs and amateurs, where she places great emphasis on the ability to recognize and combine flavours and structures, so that the prepared cakes and desserts are fully harmonized. For years, professionally associated with Warsaw hotels, and in the newly opened French Mercure hotel, she gained knowledge and experience in creating desserts and cake in French cuisine style.
