Lothar Buss – one of the leading chocolatiers in Germany. Trained as Chef and Pastry Chef, he worked in numerous Michelin starred restaurants throughout his career before focusing entirely on chocolate creations.
Lothar was the first to win the title of German Chocolate Master; he is a member of the Chocolate Amabassadors` Club since its beginning.
Also based in Cologne, Lothar is regularly giving classes in our Chocolate Academy™ Center.
