Following her sold-out class at the Chicago Chocolate Academy in 2024, we are very excited to welcome Pastry Chef Anne Coruble of The Peninsula Hotel Paris to the Chocolate Academy NYC. Chef Anne, winner of the 2022 Guide Lebey prize for best dessert, will guide you through the art of crafting exquisite pastries and desserts that continually delight the guests of the Peninsula Paris, including those of L'Oiseau Blanc, its two Michelen-starred restaurant. Gain firsthand knowledge and hands-on experience as you learn the techniques, secrets and creative processes that have earned Chef Anne her esteemed reputation.
