Cheesecake filling

Ingredients: Cheesecake filling

  • 200 g
    CHK-R30GOLD
  • 130 g
    Double Cream
  • 120 g
    Castor Sugar
  • 340 g
    Cream cheese

Preparation: Cheesecake filling

  1. Whip the cream.
  2. Mix the caster sugar and cream cheese together.
  3. Melt the callets and add them to the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream.
  5. Refer to the base instructions below.
  6. Pipe the cheesecake mixture onto the base and refrigerate.
  7. Top with crumbled biscuits before slicing.

  • 50 g
    butter
  • 150 g
    Gluten-free Digestive Biscuits

Preparation: Base

  1. Melt the butter and blend the biscuits.
  2. Fold the biscuits into the melted butter.
  3. Press the biscuit crumbs into the base of an 8-inch tin.
