Preparation: Creepy Crawly tablets
- Pipe spider web design at the mold with white color cocoa butter.
- Temper 811 Dark Chocolate and shell the mold.
- MIx hazelnut praline with crushed hazelnut and pipe into the shell, leave to set.
- Close with tempered 811 Dark Chocolate.
- Allow to crystallize. Unmold
