
Juan Pablo graduated from a variety of culinary schools in Buenos Aires, Argentina as well as the University of Alicante, Spain. He has worked from small boutiques and restaurants to large event companies and world-renowned Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe and the United States. Juan and his love for ice cream also accompanied him throughout his career, from when he made his first ice creams at home following an old recipe book from his grandmother to becoming an expert in the formulation of artisan ice cream at the University of Alicante. At the beginning of 2023 it launched its first project, Gelart, the first App dedicated to the formulation of ice cream.
After three and a half years working as Head of the Chocolate Academy in Zurich he decided to set up his own business as international pastry & gelato consultant.
Juan Pablo aims to share his passion and knowledge in Pastry and Gelato making with the world and help others successfully overcome their own projects.
