During the World Chocolate Masters event held in Paris Chef Igor Zaritskyi representing Poland amazed every jury member again by panning his dragées in 3 different varieties for the different consumer audiences he identified. The centre of the dragées are pure dehydrated fruits from Poland, close to where Igor lives and works.
