Ingredients: Brownies

Preparation: Brownies

 

  1. Separetly melt the chocolate and the butter at 45°C.
  2. Whip the eggs with the eritritol.
  3. Combine the butter with the chocolate and the pure pistachio paste.
  4. Add the whipped eggs.
  5. Add the flour and the chopped pistachios.
  6.  Bake it at 170°C for 10 to 15 minutes.

Vanilla Whipped Ganache

Ingredients: Vanilla Whipped Ganache

Preparation: Vanilla Whipped Ganache

  1. Combine cream 1 with trimoline, glucose and vanilla beans and warm it up at 85°C.
  2. Pour over the chocolate and mix by using a hand blender.
  3. Add the cold cream 2 mix with the blender and keep in the fridge overnight.
  4. Whip it when needed.
