The assignment brief was to create a fully edible chocolate centrepiece that fits with the competition theme of “Play” - to create an edible table centrepiece that is to be served at the end of a banquet instead of the petit fours. 

We wanted to see real chocolate skills, without over use of expensive chocolate moulds - be creative and playful with your ideas.
