Streusel
Ingredients: Streusel

60 gicing sugar

60 gground almonds
-
130 gplain flour
-
120 gbutter
-
2 gbaking powder
-
1 gsalt
Preparation: Streusel
Mix all the ingredients together to form a dough
Wrap the dough in clingfilm and place in fridge to harden
When hardened use a scraper and scrap the dough through a wire rack
Place on a tray and leave in fridge
Chocolate Sweet Paste
Ingredients: Chocolate Sweet Paste

150 gplain flour

150 gbutter

75 gicing sugar

25 gground almonds

50 gEgg
-
1 gsalt
-
10 gicing sugar

20 g
Preparation: Chocolate Sweet Paste
In a mixer place all the dry ingredeints and butter and mix to a crumb
Add the eggs to form a dough
Roll the dough out in between two silicon mats to about 5mm thick
Place in fridge to rest
Grease a rectangle flutted tin and line the pastry inside and cut of the excess
Fill the tray with the mincmeat and top with the streusel
Bake 160oc for 40 mins
Drizzle with white chocolate and icing sugar
