Ingredients: Chocolate Fruit & Nut Sorbet

  • 400 ml
    coconut milk
  • 1 spoon(s)
    caster sugar
  • 2 spoon(s)
    cocoa powder
  • orange zest

Preparation: Chocolate Fruit & Nut Sorbet

 

Heat the coconut milk with the sugar, orange zest and cocoa, stirring until the sugar has dissolved

Pour the hot coconut milk over the callets to melt

  • 100 g
    dried cranberries
  • 50 g
    candied orange peel (cut in ± 1 cm strips)
  • 100 g
    pistachios
  • 100 g
    amaretti biscuits, crushed

Preparation: Chocolate Fruit & Nut Sorbet

Stir in the dried fruit, crushed biscuits and nuts until evenly distributed

Spoon into an airtight container and freeze 

Remove from the freezer 5 minutes before serving from an easy scoop
