Gluten free and Dairy free Hazelnut and Dark Chocolate lava Cake

Ingredients: Gluten free and Dairy free Hazelnut and Dark Chocolate lava Cake

Preparation: Gluten free and Dairy free Hazelnut and Dark Chocolate lava Cake

  1. Mix the eggs, the yolks, the sugar, the salt, and the rice flour.
  2. Combine together the melted coconut oil and the melted chocolate.
  3. Add the hazelnut paste to the chocolate mixture.
  4. Add the egg mixture to the chocolate mixture with a whisk.
  5. Line the sides of individual cake rings of 6 cm diameter by 4,5 cm height with parchment paper and place on top of a tray with a silpat.
  6. Pour 90 g of the batter with a piping bag into the cake rings.
  7. Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for about 7 minutes. Time may vary depending on your oven and mold, but the middle of the cake needs to be soft in the middle to be runny when served.
