Preparation: Chocolate Hazelnut spread

  • In a bowl add the dark and milk chocolate
  • Melt together at 34 ℃
  • Carefully mix one-third of the praline to avoid lumps
  • Then add the last part of the praline and mix.
  • Finally, add the oil and mix by doing small strokes in the middle at first
  • Pour over a Jar
  • Allow it to set in a chocolate room a 18℃ for a minimum of 6 hours
