Yulia Ivanova is the Head of the Chocolate Academy™ Russia in Moscow. Yulia specializes in chocolate work, but also well versed in pastry and bakery classics and trends. In 2017 Yulia won silver medal in the National selection of “World Chocolate Masters” competition. In 2019 won gold medal in “Roullet Chef’s Challenge” competition. Yulia is a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu culinary school, and also has a bachelor degree in “Management and ogranization”. From 2013 to 2021 Yulia has been working as an Executive Pastry Chef in 5* hotels in Russia, being in charge of pastry, bakery and chocolate production.
