Chef Samruddhi graduated at the top of the class from Institute of Hotel management, catering technology and applied nutrition,Goa and was recruited by Indian Hotels Company Limited. During her stint with IHCL she worked across the country at different locations including Kolkata, Bangalore and Mumbai. On completion of the training at IHCL she joined IHCL's Flagship The Taj Mahal Palace & Tower, Mumbai. After growing up the rank as a Sous chef for the Gourmet bakery & patisserie operations, she has joined the Chocolate Academy, Mumbai. She believes that building knowledge is one of the best nurturing experiences in life.
